In the fourth season Gabrielle and Xena embark on a spiritual journey as they travel to India. This occurs during the episodes of the India Arc, Paradise Found, Devi, Between the Lines, and The Way. During these episodes, Gabrielle and Xena deal with a lot of the leftover emotional baggage from season three and the rift. I mean, let's think about it, Gabrielle killed her own daughter what, three times? Add that to her daughter killing Solon and bringing Callisto back, on top of betraying Xena, her best friend, and anybody would be having an emotional breakdown.
However, this isn't all that Gabrielle has to deal with. As we see in the Way Gabrielle is having doubts about the choices that she has made, especially those that involve her becoming a more violant individual.
In Paradise Found Gabrielle and Xena fall into a paradise-like world ruled by a mysterious man named Aiden. Aiden introduces Gabrielle to yoga. (Hey, he may have been a bad guy, but even bad guys do some good things, right?) This page will explore the world of yoga that Gabrielle discovers.
