Casey Biggs is the talented stage and screen actor who brings to life our third semi regular Cardassian character on DS 9. But when he first put on the ridges and armoured uniform it was for one episode only and he took another job. But the PTB knew a good thing when they saw it and kept calling him back to continue in his role as Damar. He brought Damar from a Glinn taking orders from Dukat to the leader of Cardassia to a fallen hero.
