PalTalk uses the information you provide us to inform you of new services and offerings from Paltalk and to provide you marketing and promotional offers from advertisers. We will share only aggregate and non-personally identifiable information with advertisers for marketing and promotional purposes. We sometimes provide your information to carefully selected partners for the purpose of sending you email messages. At PalTalk Software, we strive to protect our user's privacy. 

PalTalk Software, Inc. will never ask for your personal information by voice via the PalTalk program. Any communication from PalTalk Software, Inc. will take the form of an email. 

All invitations to PalTalk Audio Chat are initiated by our existing users. If one of our users has intentionally sent you an email without knowing you, this is expressly in violation of our acceptable use policy. Please let us know so that we may investigate that user incident and take appropriate measures. 

Paltalk will always provide you the opportunity to unsubscribe from future communications or to no longer receive our service. An unsubscribe link is provided in each email message we or our selected partners send out. To unsubscribe please click on the link and follow the procedures described.
