54)Lyndsey Hicks From:Columbia, S.C.	Opinion on The Crow I've been reading other people's opinions on the page and I have to agree with what is being said. I became an avid fan of The Crow this year, a full 6 years after the movie and its legacy began with Brandon Lee. I thought about it the other day when I was walking from class and saw someone with a Joy Division t-shirt on: "It's incredible how this one theme, love story, man and legacy have endured and inspired." It is truly amazing how it has. Brandon has lived on in our hearts as well as our minds and it is truly amazing how he has touched so many lives after his passing. He touched my life in so many ways as well as James O'Barr's flawless work of art. How many times have you heard someone say that a book brought them back from the scene and edge of madness and gave them hope to put their life back together? Not very many I'm sure. The individual who said that The Crow and its aspects were the starting point for many Goths was correct. I truly stepped into the commu! nity through The Crow, not just because of its style of dress but also because of its ideals. The Crow embodies what most Goths believe (i for one can attest to that). If ever there one movie that explained what most Goths thought of love and vengence, this movie was the one. The Crow has also affected my online life as well. Most places i am known as something associated with The Crow. My favorite professional wrestler is an incarnation of The Crow (Sting rocks), most of my handles have The Crow in them some where (ericandbrandon4ever and angelcrow93) and also my room is adorned with a lot of Crow stuff (my uncle finished my pic finally and it's truly amazing; it's almost an exact replica of the graphic novel). 56)julie From:Baltimore,MD	Opinion on Brandon Lee hi...i think brandon lee is great! i love him a lot...and my and my brother have liked him and bruce lee + the crow ever since we were little...and now,not long ago,my brother was killed at 18... and i feel like now,i can relate MORE to the death of brandon and everything. i watch "the crow" at least ONCE a day and i love it! cuz i also know my brother used to like it a lot...!anyway, R.I.P. brandon lee and +my brother+ I LOVE YOU BOTH AND YOU WILL ALWAYS LIVE IN OUR HEARTS!	03/14/00

58)Lyndsey Hicks From:Columbia, S.C.	Thoughts on Brandon's Absence I had been dreading March 31 of this year with more fear than anything I ever had. For all the times that I watched The Crow, listened to both soundtracks and talked to my giant poster of Brandon, nothing had prepared me for the pain I would feel when I awoke that morning. As a fan for about a year now, I can safely say that Brandon has and still is touching so many lives even in his absence. It's scary how the thought of one man can influence the lives of so many. I thought about how much Brandon loved the role of Eric D. so much and as a result that pride and confidence shown through. Tonight I plan to watch The Crow just to experience that magic, that brilliance and to pay my respects to the one man who brought so much to so many. I do believe that Brandon is watching over us and protecting us all and I have had an experience that let me know that he was indeed watching over me. One night I was feeling really depressed and in general just very happy about anything. ! Well I cut on the TV and was flipping through the channels when I happened to come across a movie that looked vaguely familiar. When I turned to the TV guide channel, I saw that it was none other than Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story (RIP Bruce). When I turned back to the movie, there was a baby that had just been born to Bruce and his wife Linda and that baby's name was Brandon Bruce Lee. I must have cried for half an hour straight, partially from fear and partially from joy. I had a vision, if you will, of Brandon smiling down on me right then and that's the exact moment that I knew that Brandon was watching over us all. This took place not to long ago, like say the last 8 months. I thought I would share that with the others that come to this page as a reminder of how much Brandon means to some people.
