Currently, there are three Relic Hunter seasons in the can... however, whether or not to renew the series for a fourth season has been the subject of many talks and discussions. It is believed that Paramount Pictures have dropped the show, and FW have been trying to sell the show to other companies. Whether they have succeeded or not will be clear in a couple of days! Some fans believe that the reason it has taken so long for Fireworks to give fans an official response is because they are in the process of finishing a deal. Nevertheless, other fans believe that bad news is imminent! One website owner, who has contact with Fireworks, originally stated she had been informed by a representative of Fireworks that the show had been cancelled. However, she was then told that she had been misinformed and that nothing is certain yet. The personal  opinion of this website owner is that the show has in fact been cancelled.</FONT></div> <div> During this time, a courageous battle has been fought by RH fans from all round- who have been emailing possible buyers of the show as well as contacting Paramount Pictures and encouraging them to keep the show! Due to the fact that it is made by the same web-design programme as my own website, I reckon it could be one of the RH fans that I had recently been urging to download Trellix! However, the website claims it is made by Sydney Fox- so who am I to argue? :-)</div> <bR> <div> <B>ONE BUSY WOMAN</B></div> <div> For the past month or so now, Tia Carrere has been gving her all onstage in 'The Vagina Monologues' at the Coronet Theatre in Los Angeles. Starring alongside the likes of Julie Brown (Club MTV) and Rose Abdoo (Get To The Part About Me), Tia joins the footsteps of Lucy Lawless by appearing in the worldly successful-  'Vagina Monologues' </div> <div> Performing her last show just a week ago, Ms. Carrere is now getting ready to promote the highly-anticipated Disney animation- 'Lilo & Stitch'. Her response didn't do anything to reassure RH fans! She responded that although not official, she "will be free". Many RH fans now believe cancellation is definite. :-( Meanwhile, I am told the interview was a good one rather like her appearance on England's Big Breakfast, where she did a Sean Connery Impression and got quizzed on the A-Team! As well as jokingly flirting with the presenter, who interviewed her on a comfy bed!</div> <bR> <div> <B>SKY HOLDS BACK JUST LIKE OUR FRIENDS AT FIREWORKS</B></div> <div> Sky One has so far reclined from showing the third season of Relic Hunter and are now airing Deep Space Nine or some other spacey programme in the 6am and 4pm slot. Will they hust jurry up and buy the rights for the third season! And will Fireworks stop being plums and tell us their intentions about the show! </div> <bR> <div> <B>WARRIOR PRINCE FOR WARRIOR PRINCESS</B></div> <div> Lead star of the show that broke the mould and paved the way for other shows, like Relic Hunter, Xena Warrior Princess' Lucy Lawless has given birth to a baby boy. The New-Zealand beauty and the newborn are fine after a successful labour. Judah Miro Tapert is the second son to Lucy and ex-executive producer of X:WP- Rob Tapert. Lawless also has a thirteen-year old daughter from a previous marriage.</div> <bR> <div> <B>RELIC HUNTER TO STAY?</B></div> <div> Pazaz Entertainment have released a list of shows being cancelled this year. And surprise, surprise- Relic Hunter was not anywhere among this list! Fingers crossed, hey?</div> <bR> <div> <B>SCI-FI CHANNEL CONSIDERS RELIC HUNTER</B></div> <div> Although recent reports about CH5 buying 'Relic Hunter' seemed to be just rumours, I can now reveal that the sci-fi channel is currently considering buying the rights for the show. They have also contemplated buying the rights for 'The Making of Relic Hunter', which at the moment they are unable to broadcast in the UK!</div> <bR> <div> <B>A WHOLE NEW WORLD</B></div> <div> Expect a brand-new RH website called 'Relic Hunter WORLD' arriving on the net some day soon! From what I can gather, it's gonna be a great place for all us Relic Hunter addicts! :-)</div> <bR> <div> <B>TIA'S ALL FOUR IT!</B></div> <div> Although, in earlier interviews, Tia admitted to finding the shooting of 'Relic Hunter' very taxing, she has agreed that if the series is picked up for a fourth season, she will be more than happy to fill the role of Sydney Fox for at least one more run of exciting escapades.</div> <div> The rumours about Tia being pregnant- have so far not been confirmed!</div> <bR> <div> <B>CLAUDIA Vs. KAREN- NECK TO NECK</B></div> <div> At the official Relic Hunter message board, there's a poll asking who's better- Claudia or Karen? I personally prefer the cute and loveable Claudia, but at the moment, the two are head-to-head with 50% of the votes for both of them! </div> <bR> <div> <B>TIA EXPECTING?</B></div> <div> There's rumours flying around the net that Sydney's real-life alter-ego- Tia Carrere is pregnant! At the moment, its just rumours so I guess we'll have to watch this space. But just imagine if she is and they decide to make a season 4 of Relic Hunter, now that would make a great storyline! Anyway, congragulations, Tia, if there is a baby due! Although, I have to admit, my dreams of marrying the gorgeous Tia have now gone up in a puff of smoke! Lol! But I'll be all right! </div> <bR> <div> <B>LET'S BRING BACK OUR SHOW!</B></div> <div> Although it continues to be unclear about the future of RH- with some sources claiming the show is guaranteed to return for a fourth season and other sources saying there's about one in a billionth chance, I've found an email address where us fans can let the big guys, who run the show, know how we feel about the show being renewed. Remember, the more you email them and lay it on thick about how much you like the show, the more they're likely to take us seriously. Take Sky One for example! When I and other Xena fans bombarded them with emails about showing the sixth season of Xena, the next week we were watching 'Coming Home'. And when I bombarded them with emails about how good Relic Hunter was, they began showing it three times a week! :-) OK, I doubt it was just me that made them do that! Although he went on to admit that had he not known some of the producers on Xena, he would never have directed that type of show because they just don't appeal to him.</div> <div> Whether that's true or not, us Relic Hunter fans can certainly agree that if it weren't Tia in those big, leather boots and Christien by her side, we might not have been tuning in so reguarly!</div> <bR> <div> <B>THE WRITE STUFF</B></div> <div> Recently asked about the renewal or cancellation of Relic Hunter, writer Jurgen Wolff said he was still in the dark about it all. In the meanwhile, he is busy  writing a sitcom for Germany right now which they hope to have on the air early next year, so that is taking most of his time up right now.</div> <bR> <div> <B>NUDE NIGEL</B></div> <div> As Nigel Bailey's popularity, or should we say Christien Anholt's popularity, continues to increase,  the same question keeps being raised by hot-blooded female fans from all around ... has Christien ever done a nude scene?</div> <div> The answer to this ever-so-common question is yes and no! In 'Preaching to the Perverted', Christien reveals several shots of his naked butt but unlike most of the other actors, he keeps everything else pretty well covered! Although, Disney are keeping information about the film tightly under wrap, the basic premise is Lilo, a young hawaiin girl, adopts a dog called Stitch- who is actually a criminal alien! Thinking Disney has lost the plot? Lol! We'll just have to wait and see! However, Tia promises that the film, although different from the 'norm' and being directed by two first-timers, is very impressive. "It's very modern, and it's also very charming, and very poignant," claimed Tia in an interview with Prevue magazine. She then went on to say- "<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#FFFFCC" FACE="Arial" >. </FONT>It's a much heavier film than you have ever seen from Disney, in that the girl's parents aren't present. Sorry about that guys.</div> <bR> <div> <B>GOD SPEED KEVIN SMITH</B></div> <div> Unsure whether or not to comment about Kevin Smith on a 'Relic Hunter' site, I was pleased to see 'Relic Hunter Archives' honoring the amazingly talented- Kevin Smith. The New Zealand-born actor, 38, who was best known for playing recurring character- Ares on 'Xena:Warrior Princess' left so many people in a state of shock and sadness when he unfortunately died last month. He had just finished filming 'Warriors of Virtue II' in China, and was exploring the film-set one last time when he fell from a castle-tower. After days he being in a coma, he passed away in his sleep. My condolences go out to his wife of twenty years and his three young children. Please know that your father will always be there for you, boys. He was the kind of man every young boy hopes to aspire to- funny, intelligent, handsome, strong and kind- and for that reason he will never be forgotten. Never did anyone speak a bad word of this great man, who was equally kind as he was handsome. Everyone in the know-how seems to be keeping very quiet about it. At the <I>Whoosh!</I> website I found this little snippit of info:</div> <div> <I>The rumor of Relic Hunter cancellation has been denied...however there has been no word about renewal either. So, its up in the air folks. I am of the persuasion that it will be renewed. They are still asking for fan feedback (drat! I forgot to tell them that they need to put the episode's title in the show as well...darn...if anyone hasn't given them feedback yet, could you add that for me? It is DARN ANNOYING to identify shows without a title popping on at the beginning of the return after the opening credits), so someone thinks they will be returning. </I></div> <bR> <div> <B>BAD NEWS ABOUT THE CANCELLATION OF RH</B></div> <div> We will now have to wait another 2-4 months before we know anything as they are still trying to sell the show to other people, it so far has failed, so it is now 70% certain the show will be cancelled and 30% will be saved, it was 50-50 a few weeks ago.</div> <bR> <div> <B>UNCOVERING THE TRUTH ABOUT THE CANCELLATION OF RELIC HUNTER</B></div> <div> As many of you will have heard by now, there have been talks and rumours flying about regarding the possible cancellation of Relic Hunter.
