Arisugawa Sorata

Charming, sweet, and deadly. Is it no question as to who my favorite male-character in the X universe is? Sorata is a 15 year-old priest from the Temple on Mt. Kouya. Ahhh.....kakkoi...... okay let me stop drooling for a moment and get on with the biography.

Sorata was taken from his parents at a very young age to begin his training as a priest. He cannot remember his parents, only that his mother was crying when he left. So he has sworn that he will never make a woman cry, nor let one cry for him. Sorata was the first Dragon of Heaven to come in full contact with Kamui, and the first to confront Kamui about his destiny that didn't evoke a battle (sort of). Anyways, Sorata has a very interesting prophecy attatched to him. It is foretold that he will die for the woman he loves. Being a man of incredible taste, he chooses Arashi. (Yayyyyy!!!!!!) His attacks are basically electricity.

Sorata is represented by the Tarot card The Chariot which symbolizes the ability to remain focused on those things which are really important, to keep one's mind on the task and not get sidetracked. It's astrological association is Cancer, the cardinal sign of the element water. Cancer represents caring and nurturing.
