Ferro was pilot aboard the sulaco of a Cheyenne UD-4L Dropship (see USCM Tactical Database). Ferro was killed when an alien made its way aboard . Killing her co-pilot  Spunkmeyer and Ferro , also causing the dropship to crash. It is noted that the writing on her helmet reads. "FLY THE FRIENDLY'
