Postulant
This title is given to those who are curious about the Old Ways, and who wish to be more than just a casual visitor to our chat room.
They are not required to do any official studying or make any official committment to the coven, but they are expected to demonstrate an active interest in Paganism, do some outside exploration, ask questions, etc.
With permission of The Synod
, Postulants may attend rituals.
Should a Postulant wish to study with the members of Silver Web Coven, s/he needs to make their intentions known to a member of The Synod
They will have {Pos} before their names to indicate that their interest in, and exploration of, the Old Religion is more than casual curiosity.
ex: {Pos}Wendy
At this time they will be asked to take a vow and will move on to the rank of Dedicant.
