Born in 19.. at Patanni, Thailand

Was adopted by mom from Thailand (need some story here!!!!!!! )
Our 'godbrother', the person who was instrumental in our kids life , provided parental care when it was too heavy for
mom to handle us.
He cleaned , wrapped us, prepared milk in our designated bottles, played
with us and was also a wonderful cook. We remembered when Husin created and designed out wooden machine guns to do 'battles'
behind the corn fields in Tampin.

If he is alone in his room he will, start playing his 'engineered' portable
radio and start drawing, whilst combing his 'raymos' hair infront of the mirror. Mom always pick on Husin if he does not do
certain jobs but Husin takes it in a stride and reluctantly and silently proceed to do it.. His favorite singer was and still
is P. Ramlee..and that loyalty is embedded on his 'raymos' hair. During the time when mom was busy doing her 'business', Husin
was the one who cooked for us and his sambal tumis is one of its kind in the world.Our favorite dish by Husin must be the
'kuah empok' of which he learned from the masterchef, Mak Tok from Telok
Anson.
Resipi 'kuah empok'
- Ikan Pelotan
- 2 x Assam Keping
- Cili Giling
- 1" Belacan
- 6 biji bawang Putih
- 10 biji bawang kecil
- Lempok Durian
- Daun Kunyit
- 2 x cawan air
- jia suka, masuk stok ikan Adabi
Campur semua bahan kecuali ikan, masak selama 15 minit, baru letak ikan. Masak lagi 7 minit. Hidang panas...sah 'kow' punya.
WHERE IS HE NOW........?
Sadly Husin left us in 2000 and we missed him dearly as a brother and also
as an 'alternate parent'.May Allah bless upon him.
