Born in 1955 at Pasir Putih , Kelantan, Malaysia. The eldest.

Wak Lan , they called him those days. Our 'abang tua' that has gone through
the 'spices' of life which no one can challenge and he has survived it remarkably.He was the model for the brothers and he
is still. If he likes a certain song, everyone follows suit.When he dress, the brothers take note of it. And he sings well
too, especially country folk songs.
He spends his boyhood days mostly in Telok Anson staying with Pak Tok together
with Amran and Iskandar. In addition there were also our cousins Marshitah, Ju, Juli and Joe staying in that house. Later
Lan moved back to stay with Dad and Mom in Tampin. He was good in drama and dancing in his school , Tunku Besar Secondary
School, where he finished his Form Five.He was very generous when he got his first pay whilst working at Bank Bumiputra USM,
he 'belanja' us 'makan'. At his work place , he was held at gunpoint by robbers and after a few days,identified the
robbers at a stall in Green Lane, Penang...so Dad and his guys managed to arrest the robbers. I think he got a reward for
that and bought his first bike, Suzuki 125cc.
