Winter in Michigan: There are a lot of things
to do in Michigan in the Winter. You can snowmobile, skate, ski, cross country ski, ice-fish, snowshoe, deer hunting, rabbit
hunting, sledding, snowboard, tubing, feed the birds, deer & squirrels...wild turkeys also in parts of Michigan. The types
of fish they fish in the winter here are: fresh water perch, (my favorite) pike, crappies, bluegills, whitefish, muskie &
cisco. Winter here in Michigan is very long, you get cabin fever. So you play cards a lot, some go to the casino's, &
visit with family & friends. The I-500 snow machine race is in Sault (soo) Ste. Marie every year in January.
