Sakura's dad appeared after all the matters were settled, later Eriol told everyone that he is the other half of Clow Reed. They are the same person. Under Sakura's help, Eriol's magic power was split into two, and gave each of them half. Sakura's father remained unconscious. All of them went back to Eriol's house and he explained why he was here. All the matters are settled, and everyone's happy. Sakura's dad got half of Eriol's power but still don't have any idea of what was going on. But the whole thing wasn't bad for him. He can now see Sakura's mother (who is dead) because of his power!! Now they'll see each other every single day of their life... As for Eriol, he's heading back to England.
