Conclusion The most important thing about websites is their user-friendliness. No matter how attractive a website may be, as long as the reader is unable to navigate the website easily, the reader would give up trying to surf the website. The reader would just move on to other websites, which are easier to access. The author of the website must always try to be a reader himself. He has to read his creation all over. While doing so, he has to read with no conceptions, expectations of an author's. This is because; the author is now a reader. He needs to understand what a reader looks for and needs in a website. If the author is able to do so, the website, he or she creates, would be successful in attracting readers.
