Here is some background
about Dectra and it's relation to the previous events in the
Milkyway Galaxy...
In 2199, Gamalon was
busy trying to expand it's empire accross the Galaxy...At this
point, Dectra was not under threat.
The White Comet Empire
set a course that brought it, and it's conquest away from
the galactic hub...toward Earth. ( Thus avoiding Dectran space. )
Gamalon joined with Galman
and proceeded to expand across the galaxy... This triggered by the
Bolar Federation's battle with Galman. Desslok set up his new
homeworld close to Dectran interest...(The Gamalon leader was aware
of the Dectran world, and that it was wise not to provoke
the high tech race. )
This was the stuff
of Galactic legend...Planet Dectra was so far advanced in it's
technology, that any act of war would resault in a quick
end to the attacker. Dectra, though peaceful...was off limits to any
waring sanction.
This rumor provided
a peaceful existence for Dectra through the Comet Empire, the Gamalon/Galman
and Bolar wars. It should be said that Dectra was also aware
of the galactic battles...But the planet's ruler, Chief Executer,
Exelveron Intressa... despised the thought of war. So much so, that
space travel was limited to the Dectran system.
...Planet Dectra had limited
time left...
Another reason for avoiding
the galactic conflicts...was the natural hazzard to Dectra. The system
was located near the hub of the Milky way Galaxy...near the central
black holes. The planet's scientists kept a constant eye on the
threat. With the planet's situation becomming desperate, exploration
scouts were sent out in search of a new home world.
What they found, would
ulter the direction the Dectran race would take in persute of
this new world... Two large ships. These mysterious vessels were brought
back to Dectran space and reverse engineered. With the advanced technology
of Dectra, it didn't take long to figure out how the
ships worked...or, what they were.
They were not....star
ships. They were inter- dimentional doomsday weapons. So powerful,
the race who built them, never intended to use them.
The ships were named "
Exectuter of Dectra " and " Mistress of Dectra " ( in honor
of Exelveron's daughter...Pricess Tyrah Intressa. )
Chief Executer Intressa was
not happy with the idea of using any amount of force to
take a new home-world. ( Dectra was aware of Planets like
Tunisia, and Earth.) Princess Intrassa shared this reluctance as
well...But, Dectra's situation was getting worse. Evacuation was ordered in
2315 ( Earth standard time. ) The intention was to send out
the evac fleet with the two super ships in escourt and protection.
The Dectran fleet drifted
through space as it's home-world was swallowed by the black hole...
On board the " Executer "...Things were changeing. Exelveron's second
in command, Decarr, was pushing for a hostile take-over of Tunisia.
Heated arguments followed. Then, came the news that Chief Executer
Exelveron Intressa was found dead in his private chamber... This left
Decarr in charge of one of the two most powerfull devices
that the galaxy had ever seen. Tyrah Intressa, suspicious of Decarr...
vowed to find out the trueth.
Against Tyrah's orders,
Decarr started his action against Tunisia.
