Spreadsheets can be helpful in personal time management. You are to plan and create a spreadsheet to help determine the time
spent on different activities during the week
a) In a new spreadsheet store the number of hours you spend each day of them week at each of the following activities:
School Classes
Athletics
Extracurricular activities or clubs
Studying and doing homework
Eating
Sleeping
Watching TV or listening to music
Talking on the phone
Working / playing on a computer
Doing chores at home
Working at a part time job
b) Save the spreadsheet naming it "ACTIVITY".
c) Have the spreadsheet calculate the total hours spent for the week on each activity. Also calculate the average number
of hours spent per day on each activity for the week.
d) Most peoples schedules do not account for all 24 in a day. Add a row that calculates and displays the amount of unaccounted
time in your schedule for each day.
e) Create a Bar Chart that displays the total of each category
f) Save the Activity spreadsheet file.
