The Galor Class Warship is the backbone of the Cardassian military fleet. At only about three quarters the size of a Starfleet Galaxy Starship, the Galor is equal in power to it's Federation counterpart. As is typical of the Cardassian fleet, this ship is usually encountered in threes.

At 371.88 meters long, 192.23 meters wide, 59 meters high and carrying a crew of about 300, the Galor is the second largest Cardassian Warship, bested only by the rarely seen Keldan.

It's speed of Warp 9.6 is acheived by two Warp engines located towards the ends of its 'wing' like structure. Two of its three or more impulse engines are located toward the centre of its 'wings'. The Cardassian Warships are unique in that their warp engines are integrated into their hull as opposed to being mounted on pylon like structures like in the Federation, Klingon and Romulan fleets.

As would be expected, the Galor is heavily armed with eight or more spiral-wave disruptors, a large aft diruptor wave cannon and other classified weaponry, possibably of Dominion design.
