What will happen with Chris Pronger ? Rumors circulated about an early Bobby Orr like retirement. Wouldn't this be so sad for Blues and even NHL fans and the whole hockey world. Pronger has been a force since his early days in Hartford. St. Louis saw what few did and that is "potential", they traded thier superstar in Brendan Shanahan to obtain his rights.
My early prediction on his career length is about another 3-4 years, after that I think his knee problems will be really nagging on him. He should have a good year when he is able to play consistently.
