SPORTS AND EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

Students are encored to participate in extra curricular activities like participation in seminars, debates and exhibitions. For sports ac­tivities the institute has a large play ground and indoor games facilities as well. The Industronics Literary Society is the student’s platform of IIEE through which they publish the magazine named “Industronics”. Various hobbies clubs are also contributing in the development of student’s personality. Moreover, seminars are also conducted.

GRADUATES ASSOCIATION

All the graduates of the IIEE are associated under the umbrella of the IIEE Graduates Association (IEGA). The association helps the graduating students in finding a proper job, setting up their own busi­ness, exchange of knowledge and experience from various industries and institutions, help the institute in promotion of image by their good manner and technical excellence. The IEGA also helps the institute in time to time review and up gradation of the course curriculum etc.

INDUSTRIAL VISITS AND INDUSTRIAL RESEARCH ASSIGNMENTS

The students are taken to study the process of production and correlate the theories and principles they study in classrooms. At IIEE such visits are never a joy trip but part of study. After every such visit the students have to submit a report, which is duly marked and in­cluded as part of their Sessional work.

Students are also assigned industrial research assignments, which help them in carrying out their project work in the final year.
