Agreements

Here are the collective bargaining agreements entered into on behalf of the members by the non-elected trustee of the district council (Robert Bloch) that were not submitted to rank and file for approval .Laborers for JUSTICE will file a law suit against the District Council for increasing the working dues without authorization by vote in violation of federal law. We will also seek the return of the $1,400,000 in unallocated working dues that were distributed to the locals and not returned to the members contributing. Since the money was taken out of their paychecks without being  duly authorized , the money belongs to the workers and is not meant to subsidize the lavish lifestyles of incompetent union officers, none of whom was smart enough to realize the district council was under the influence and control of organized crime. If it were a crime to be stupid, more than half of the delegates to the district council would have been indicted long ago.

These agreements were optically scanned by Laborers for JUSTICE because trustee Robert Bloch would never provide electronic copies for web publication. Laborers for JUSTICE offered to provide the service free of charge. Offer never accepted. Published at the expense of rank and file because the delegates to the district council do not want LIUNA members to know their rights. We will also publish for public criticism the collective bargaining agreement  approved by the District Council with local 2 and National Power Rodding (John Matassa, jr and Angelo Fosco's sweetheart contractor.)

Laborers for JUSTICE offers today (August 9, 1999) every delegate to the district council the opportunity to web publish any collective bargaining agreement their local is a party to free of charge if they will just email the agreement. Let's see what delegates take us up on this offer. Mike Lazzaretto can send a copy of the agreement local 152 has with Kenosha, an agreement never offered the district council for its approval as required.
