 It's
been a busy year for Neighbours beauty Kym Valentine and her mate, actor and TV
WEEK reporter Kristy Wright. So, neither girl had any objection when we
suggested a trip to Laguna Quays Resort, located in the  sun- drenched Whitsunday
Islands group on Queensland's Great Barrier Reed. After all, who would say no to
a holiday in a five-star resort complete with superb restaurants, water
sports, golf courses and a lagoon? "This is exactly what I need," says
Kym, who's based in Melbourne, where Neighbours is filmed. "The only bad
thing about it is having to go home!" Sydney-based Kristy had an extra
reason to be delighted- her dad Michael lives nearby. "It's a fantastic
place- the staff are friendly and the facilities are excellent," she says.
"You feel like you're miles away from everything. It's impossible not to
feel relaxed." |
