The Internet is probably the best resource for Celtic language instruction. The sites range in scope from textbook style instruction to phonetic pronunciation guides that have embeded sound files. There are also a few sites that are geared toward scholarly research in medieval topics. Also, I am placing links for Celtic knotwork and Heraldry here until I find a more appropriate area.
