TDY In & Around Mileage - Release 1
General
This is a simple database used to track your ‘In and Around Mileage,’ while you are on TDY. It is designed for trips that are repetitive. You can use it for trips that are not, but its full functions become rather muted and don't show through.
It quickly learns and remembers locations you have been to and the distances for each of those trips. If you are performing round trips it will automatically calculate the return trip distance based on the first trip distance you entered. Currently it only prints mileage reports for each 30 days. This is done because most people submit interim travel vouchers while they are away. Eventually I will add in the function to print the entire report at once. But that is a little ways off. I will also add in a function that will allow you to enter a daily schedule and then apply that schedule for dates that you specify. This is a long way off.

Installing
Use the link below to download the file. Run it. You will be prompted to choose the installation path. If you are planning on sharing this database over a network and have a network drive available, you can install the database there. The installation creates two files. The first is the database the self. The second is the help file. I strongly recommend that you read the manual, cover to cover. Most of the questions I get are already answered in the manual. If you have the paper, print the manual.
Upgrading
Since this is the first version there is no upgrade function. There is also no backup feature. This is because the database should be reset after each TDY.
