A note from the
founder of Moms' Angels
Moms' Angels,
This past summer, I found an AOL Message Board and never even imagined I'd found some amazing friends
when I first posted. Based on an experience I'd had with a Writing Board I'd been a
part of for years previous, I wanted to make it possible for us all to support each other
with more than just the words on the board, as important as those might be. So I
posted about it. The response was minimal in number but huge in power of
thought...because with the people who joined in my original thought, I've watched this
group grow...and I know that will continue.
Whenever I see a card go out, the kitty grow or a request come in...I know it is
"working". Thank you ALL for making it work.

Updates & Deeds
We are
now a group of 33 Angels!
Angel Gifts & Cards Sent to:
$40 was
sent to a mom to help her purchase holiday gifts for her family.
$40 was
sent to a mom to help a member of her family have Christmas gifts for their children.
A
sympathy gift and card w/poem was taken to the funeral home of a family that lost a child
in a tragic accident.
A
thinking of you gift was sent to a mom consisting of Blockbuster GC's, movie popcorn, a Precious Moments
Memorial Ornament, 2 books on grief and loss of a loved one, and a candle.
E-cards were sent to
various moms for sympathy, support, and birthdays.
We have
sent a total of 90 cards since the beginning of the angels.
