IRC Chat
There are many places you can talk on the
internet, but the best way is probably with mIRC. IRC stands for Internet Relay Chat
and is a chat program. If you don't already have it, you should download it and install and configure it.
To chat about music and mp3s,
join an EFNet server and channel #mc. There you can talk to other music central
fans. You can also join other channels on IRC such as #music, #mpeg3, and #mp3z.

You can also go to channel #irchelp in IRC. If you have problems with IRC
commands, you should read the IRC client's help file.
