About RMS

Since 1980, Recreational Management Services has been involved in the administration of municipal and private tennis programs providing service in a field where many start but few stay. Our company has a wealth of experience and access to many trained and functional personnel. Administratively our management team can provide your program with collectively over forty(40)years of "in the field" experience working with the public in service programs.

This knowledge and experience translates into practical programming and administration. We can provide information concerning scheduling based on programs that have been tested on the municipal level in over seventeen(17) cities in Orange and Los Angeles counties. If your City has unique needs, we also have the ability to understand, discover and meet those needs.

Specifically in the field of municipal tennis centers, RMS has been involved with the successful administration and programming of the Billie Jean King Tennis Center for the City of Long Beach for four and one-half years, 1981-1986, and currently operates the Fountain Valley Tennis Center. RMS, in addition, serves as a consulting company providing staffing, programming and personnel for private associations.
