 For the past several years the Shepherd Lions Club has awarded two $1,000.00 Scholarships to graduating seniors of Shepherd High School       

one male

and

one Female.

Primary points considered in the decision in the selection of the winners

Involvement in:

Community activities

 

Extra-curricular activities

 

Church

 

Grade point average

 

Interested individuals are required to fill out an application available at the Shepherd High School counseling office.

One personal reference as to character is required.

Additional references are welcome.

 Applications need to be turned into a member of the Shepherd Lions Club by early to mid May in order to allow ample time for consideration. The scholarship is announced at the high school award day and will be presented at an offical Lions Club Meeting
