In order to create and implement a Web or Web page, I can use a text editor to do manual HTML coding, a Web editor software application such as Netscape Composer to create single, WYSWYG Web pages, or Web management software such as Microsoft's Front Page to create, implement, and manage an entire Web. I will need access to File Transfer Protocol (FTP) software to upload to the  Web server, or can publish directly through Front Page, provided the Web host features Front Page extensions.
