Tour Pricing

Pricing for our tours varies slightly from trips to trips depending upon itineraries and currency exchange rates, but is approximately from $400 U.S. to $3,900 per person.

This includes all accommodations, entrance fees,  most meals, all ground transportation, all as described in the itinerary for each tour.

Vacation Reservations

To provide a high level of service and attention, I limit the number of guests on each of my Vietnam tours. I never take more than 12 guests, and usually no more than 6 to 9.

As that is only 3 to 6 couples, I recommend holding space if you are considering coming with us.

I require a non-refundable deposit of $35 U.S. (per person) to hold a space for you for a period of 60 days, or until the last day for booking, whichever is first. The last date for booking is 30 days prior to departure.

A deposit of $325 U.S. or $500 Canadian is required at the time of formal booking, with the balance (price less all deposits paid) 60 days prior to departure. See Upcoming Tours for tour dates.

Your vacation is important, so to avoid disappointment or misunderstanding, I prefer not to take on-line payments to hold or book space on my tours, unless I have previously discussed your vacation arrangements with you.

If we have previously spoken or corresponded, you can reserve or temporarily hold space using the Secure Reservations form.  I will contact you to confirm the transaction and answer any questions you may have. I am sorry, but I cannot take final payments on-line.
