Can I choose the hotels myself ?
We're afraid not. Rather than change hotels for each day's adventures,
accommodations are chosen not only for their luxury or charm, but also for their
locations. That allows us to come "hame" each evening. Less packing and
unpacking means less stress (you are on vacation for heavens sake) and more exploring!
What kind of vehicles do
you use for road trips ?
We use modern, clean, well maintained, professionally driven coaches. Coaches are
usually over sized for the group as the extra room can be more comfortable.
Mini bus (26 seaters): 7-10 passengers
Mini van (26 seaters): 3-6 passengers
Car (4 seaters): 1 or 2 passengers
They're all Janpanese or Korean late model vehicles.
WDs mentioned in the trip to Sapa is Russian army jeep that makes you a bit excited

Do I have sleepers on the train trips ?
As you know, the infrestructures in Vietnam is still poor as compared with others
countries. But in order to make your vacations comfortable, we book you the best available
which means you have soft sleepers generally.

How is the domestic flight
like ?
Domestic flights on the vacations are booked with Vietnam airlines at Economy class
What kind of boats do you use on the
trips?
On the trip to Halong Bay, you'll be set on a big junk that holds up to 20 passengers
(but only 10 of you at most). There are sleeping cabin aboard with mosquito nets, pilows,
blankets, sheets. At least, they're all clean.
On the trip in Hue and Mekong Delta, every two of you will take a small motor boat. No
worries, there's still enough space for you to take a lunch snap.
On the trip to Perfume pagoda, you'll be specially taken on an quiet oar boat.

Which meals are included in the tour
rate ?
Generally full breakfasts are included. Most guests like to have some freedom to wander
for their own tastes whenever it is possible. So we plan the meals on the way or at the
stops that guests don't have much time and choices accordingly, and leave all meals 'open'
with full recommedations.
Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
Normally, yes, however it's best to ask about your specific case. Generally, we
have been able to accommodate, and always ask before finalising your booking.
FAQs index
If the meals are included, can I avoid
foods I dislike?
We try to take very special care of our guests and try to make a point of discovering
any strong dislikes when you are booking. We're taking you "hame" to Vietnam,
and want you to enjoy it!
Do your tour guides speak good English or French ?
Yes, they are very experienced and have a bit of good humour, speak good Foreign
language. But generally on a fixed tours posted here, the guides are Eng. speaking. Unless
you have the tour tailor-made for your family or your French speaking group.

- No, they don't. Many of my guests fly on "points", while others choose to book

included.
