Once there was a child who grew up with great hardship. He had a dream and everyone told him he would never realize it, except one person who was special to him and encouraged him. He had many setbacks in his life. But do you want to know who that person was? An important historical figure.

 

Two people walk into a place. One person says something and the other person says something funny.

 

Two people meet and hate each other. They're both good-looking but one is very straight-laced and anal retentive while the other is spontanteous and disorganized. But they both have unattractive, fat friends who are hip and cool and advise them on everything. The two people banter back and forth and eventually fall in love. The End.

 

A pretty girl, or 2 kids, or 3 animals, have a problem. The witch or the wolf is outsmarted and dies. The end.

 

 

Two people meet under normal everyday circumstances. One begins to demonstrate progressively abnormal and obsessive behavior. They get killed in the end.

 

The Enterprise encounters a temporal anamoly that no one's ever seen before, and it has a weird effect on the ship, until they all sit around a table and discuss it, then decide to try using the ship in a way no one ever thought about before and no one even really understands, and everything goes back to normal.

 

A teenager at school gets mutated by some kryptonite and kidnaps Lana. Clark saves her.

 

 

Someone puts a spell on Darren and no one figures it out til the end.

 

The first twenty minutes: A woman has the perfect life, perfect home, perfect family, and is either able to stay home raising her kids or is at the top of her profession

 

The next forty minutes: Everything changes! This is due to a rape, a home invasion, or a disease. It's either the starring woman or her chaste college age daughter. Then we go through the stages of grief.

 

The last twenty minutes: The starring woman forms an organization whose initials spell a word, so that this never happens to anyone else.

 

 

Movie 1: Kevin Costner plays baseball. He's better than everyone else. Baseball symbolizes time, love, birth, death, destiny, God, and the invention of velcro.

 

Movie 2:  In a post-apocalyptic future, Kevin Costner is the last hope of humanity (in this 3-hour drama)

 

Movie 3: It's the Old West, and Kevin Costner is better and smarter than everyone else. He demonstrates how much better and smarter by befriending the peace-loving Native Americans who just want to live in harmony with nature.

 

 

Character A has a conversation with Character B, which Character C partially overhears and wildly misinterprets. The misinterpretation usually has to do with someone having an affair, being gay (or not), or pregnant. Character C acts differently around Characters A and B, until they finally confront each other, something along the lines of

 

Character C: I know what's been going on!
Character A: Really? We wanted it to be a surprise!

 

The conversation goes on and on, and neither has a clue what the other is talking about (and neither bothers to mention the word "affair," "gay," or "pregnant"). Then they straighten it all out. Til next week.

 

One of the kids has a problem. All the other kids, and the parents, and the maid and the butcher, and the dog, and the cat, put the rest of their lives on hold while they help this one kid solve this one problem. Someone says something not funny and everyone laughs. Mike and Carol sum up the episode in a conversation which ends when Mike says something pseudo-suggestive to Carol. They kiss.

 

Someone lands on the Island (who may or may not look exactly like one of the ones who are already there), or a piece of technology or a magic bean is found, that promises a way off the Island. In the end the person leaves and for some selfish reason can't or won't ever tell anyone about the castaways, or Gilligan trips over something or accidentally eats the magic bean. During the course of the episode, someone may or may not turn invisible, learn to fly, get amnesia, lose their hair, get superpowers or run away to "the other side of the Island". Primitive natives may or may not be involved. The end.

 

Someone gets adopted. Everyone cries.
