List of Components:

lFour Bar Mechanism (Aluminum)

lResistance Break (Aluminum & Plastic)

lRamps (Aluminum)

lBase (Tubular Steel)

lHandles (Aluminum)

lRight and Left grips (Plastic)

lRollers (Plastic)

lShafts (Stainless Steel)

There are a few bearings and pins in the design as well:

1.         Ramps (Aluminum). The planks will have to be slightly modified to fit our design.  They are also adjustable, that would be plus since we want decrease the incline angle.  That would be user adjustable.

The rest of the components will be custom manufactured for the Cardio-Roller.  The estimated cost the prototype unit is $ 960.00.  After the manufacturing process is optimized, we estimate the cost will fall to roughly $ 300.00.
