The person in the wheel chair will simply buck up into the Cardio-Roller exercising device.  The ramps are 14 wide for easy excess and are adjustable in length to decrease the incline angle.  This will be user adjustable.  Once the wheel-chaired person is in place, he or she can simply begin their workout.    The Cardio-Roller offers two different cardiovascular exercises that can be performed by the user without any adjustments to the machine.  First, they can use standard wheelchair motion by rotating the wheels of the chair while in a stationary position.  There is a resistance brake added to the first roller to stimulate going up hill.  Second, utilizes a push-pull motion, which reduces the stress applied to the shoulders and wrist.  This motion is produced from two four bar mechanisms that are arranged in a rocker-crack configuration.
