TIRE TREAD CUTTER
 The tread cutter cuts through the tread after the sidewalls have been removed. Simply feed the tread into the cutting wheels, the wheels will pull the tread through as they cut. The production rate of the tread cutter matches that of the sidewall remover with a time to make a cut of 2 to 3 seconds. The hardened steel cutting discs will cut 100,000 treads. The only maintenance required is to keep the drive chain lubricated and adjusted.
