The Silva Mind Method has been around for 40 some years, but you don't hear a lot about it. I've done some reading, and I'm very eager to take the two day course. It costs roughly $495 (though some instructors may charge more). All indications are that it is worth it. It involves re-programming yourself to do whatever it is you want to do in life. The secret is to get yourself into the alpha brain wave state (the state you normally pass through on your way to falling asleep) at a concious level, this supposedly allows you to implant suggestions to your inner self very powerfully at a deep level. I hope to take the course soon, I'll get back to you on it.
