AMALG guarantees that it will treat the user's personal details and/or e-mail address as confidential and will never disclose them to a third party, unless specified by the user. Also, the user agrees that by submitting his/her personal details and/or e-mail address to AMALG, s/he is authorizing AMALG to use them for the purpose of facilitating a marriage-of convenience with a member of the opposite sex. If the user does not want his/her personal details and/or e-mail address to be disclosed to anyone at any cost, s/he should expressly state so in his/her introductory e-mail.

AMALG does not take any responsibility of any event arising from the meeting of two people through this website. It still maintains that 'coming out' to your family is a better option in the long run. But it upholds an individual's right to choose what is best for him/her. It respects individual privacy.
