One of the key officers, Unit 998,
has visual observation of the object while proceeding towards it in his cruiser. He is in
contact with the dispatcher as he is proceeding towards a location closer to the UFO. She
then calls the FAA to see if it could be a known aircraft of some kind and to report the
sightings.
In this clip the dispatcher (CD) is talking to the FAA operator (FAA). A
