I did not come to You by depending
on the arm of the flesh.
I dared not come to you by depending
on my own righteousness.
You anointed my soul with a
measure of your grace,
And You anointed me with a measure
of Your faith.
I simply submitted to Your righteousness.
I simply submitted to Your grace.
That seed that You planted will
grow into fullness
As I yield to Your loving embrace.
Your Spirit is Your gift, which
You give without the help of the flesh.
Nor does Your Spirit flow by
depending on my own righteousness.
You anointed my soul with a
measure of your grace,
And You anointed me with a seed
if Your fullness.
I simply submitted to Your righteousness.
I simply submitted to Your grace.
That seed that You planted will
grow into fullness
As I yield to Your loving embrace.
I could not turn from sin by
depending on the arm of the flesh.
I could not leave my sin by
depending on my own righteousness.
You anointed my soul with a
measure of your grace,
And You anointed me with a seed
of holiness.
I simply submitted to Your righteousness.
I simply submitted to Your grace.
That seed that You planted will
grow into fullness
As I yield to Your loving embrace.
No weapon for this war can depend
upon the arm of the flesh.
No gift will operate by depending
on my own righteousness.
You anointed my soul with a
measure of your grace,
And You anointed me and You
gave me of Yourself.
I simply submitted to Your righteousness.
I simply submitted to Your grace.
That seed that You planted will
grow into fullness
As I yield to Your loving embrace.
Your temple can't be built by
depending on the arm of the flesh.
No stone is set in place by
depending on its own righteousness.
You anointed my soul with a
measure of your grace,
And Your foundation stands and
You set me in my place.

I simply submitted to Your grace.
That seed that You planted will
grow into fullness
As I yield to Your loving embrace.
Your body can't be formed by
depending on the arm of the flesh,
No member set in place by depending
on its own righteousness.
You anointed my soul with a
measure of your grace,
And Your foundation stands and
You set me in my place.

I simply submitted to Your grace.
That seed that You planted will
grow into fullness
As I yield to Your loving embrace.
I cannot serve You, Lord, by
depending on the arm of the flesh.
Nor edify Your Church by depending
on my own righteousness.
You anointed my soul with a
measure of your grace,
And You cause me to stand, and
to function in my place.
I simply submitted to Your righteousness.
I simply submitted to Your grace.
That seed that You planted will
grow into fullness
As I yield to Your loving embrace.
I could not see Your plan by
depending on the eye of the flesh,
Nor see Your government by depending
on my own righteousness.
You anointed my soul with a
measure of your grace,
And You unveil Your plan and
the order of Your Church.
I simply submitted to Your righteousness.
I simply submitted to Your grace.
That seed that You planted will
grow into fullness
As I yield to Your loving embrace.
I can't see ministries by depending
on the eye of the flesh,
I can't discern You, Lord, if
I'm leaning on my own righteousness.
You anointed my soul with a
measure of your grace,
You gave me eyes to see, so
that I might glimpse Your face.
I simply submitted to Your righteousness.
I simply submitted to Your grace.
That seed that You planted will
grow into fullness
As I yield to Your loving embrace.
