ebnet Ratings rate websites on their content, navigation of site, appearance and the ease of reading. Each category is rated from one to five, then an average of the overall score is given.

have seen many definitions of what other people consider Excellence to be. Some definitions are very specific while others are nothing more than requiring that the page is readable. From these various definitions, I have culled out what I feel is a reasonable guideline. I suppose the primary guideline for the award is that the "Orchid Committee" (myself and my webmaster) likes the site. By following these guidelines you should qualify for the award but there is no guarantee.
