HELLO, and Welcome, to the insane world of Irish pop. This is the only page in the world on which you will find all of the bands, groups, and singers listed here together!! O.k. , Since I updated this page last, I interviewed OTT after their Galway gig!! Read all about exclusively here in IRISH POP! I was at the Dublin Boyzone concert--Brilliant!! The OTT Concert was fantastic aswell--I couldn't decide which was better! The reviews will be up very shortly!! I met KEITH DUFFY, recently too--he was lovely! AND...(I think I MUST have a another website EXCLUSIVE here --I was BACKSTAGE at the Childine Concert! I got to meet Ronan Keating, Kerri-Ann, East 17, Kelle Le Roc, and Ultra!! (They were all SO Nice!!) There has also been a lot of things going on!! Firstly, the Smash Hits Awards 98--Read all about the Irish bands who got awards and performed on the new Smash hits page. ( Congratulations guys!) There are some cool concerts coming up in Ireland, read about them in the NEW concerts page!!! A new feature will hopefully be added soon--a review of merchandise..so if anyone would please like to do a review of singles, videos, books or toys about any Irish bands,send them in!!(---sineadnim@hotmail.com----) If you have met anyone famous, and want to share your experiences with the world, send in the story, and I"ll add it to another new page!) Another new section I hope to add will be a rumors page..and whether evidence could prove them true or not?? For instance...did WESTSIDE, and MY TOWN REALLY have a scrap in Sheffield????
For those of you wondering about OTT..... the latest news can be found on the OTT page...Don't worry, they haven't split up!!!
Apart from all of this you can find information on lots of the bands in the Irish music industry, (see the list opposite) backstage reviews from Concerts, and LOADS of Interviews from these concerts..with Dove, FAB, The Carter Twins, Inutopia, Men 2b, N.v., and I.O.U., now known as Westside, and supporting Boyzone all over the place!!!!!
