Tess was born at 3~D~Acres where her dam & sire live, not with your typical Appaloosa markings but some, but with her bold face marking & high white socks she does stand out in a crowd! She was shown lightly as a weanling in Halter Futurities & was a money earner in every one. At 1 year of age she went to live with Sarah Orsag who continued her training in the Clinton Anderson Method. Tess then went to live with Riana Barrington of Barrington Stables who uses the Native American Horsemanship training of GaWaNi PonyBoy, thus Tess learned to carry a rider. With the gentle hands of Riana guiding her she was beginning to blossom until she got herself in trouble & was laid up with a leg injury. "Thank You" Riana for all the work you did with Tess in bringing her along with her riding in your special way.

      Tess came back home to live this Spring of 2011. She has a willing attitude & is curious about new things being introduced to her. She has the calm disposition of her sire Ima Buckking Cool & the "go" of her dam Aprils Magic Ti. Which seems so far is working well for her. Her showing is over, now we can concentrate on moving forward to trail horse & exploring the world out side with all it's ups & downs, trees, trails, hills & boggy spots that she doesn't quite get yet. She has taken to the trail with the attitude of my ears are up, what's out there.
