The Passive Mind is discussed extensively in my upcoming book, QUANTUM SPIRITUALITY, The Science of Change.

Simple put, the passive is not idle but rather a mind in repose and relaxation. Using the mind in leisurely yet knowledgeable
pursuits is very important for the mind cannot always be deeply focused and intensely at work. As we develop the skills we
need to impact upon the quantum field of the universe, the mind needs to play in the realm of enjoyment.
