I have reviewed and read the "Copyright"

document. I agree to abide by the Fauquier School Board Policy EGAA.

I  have also read and agree to abide by the ethical and legal standards set forth in the FCPS Acceptable Use Policy using the Internet.

The "computer system" includes all hardware, software, data, devices, peripherals, data, servers. Internet and any other internal or external network.

As a user of the Internet, I understand that I am not to use the Internet/computer system for the following:

• To carry on any federal, state, or local illegal activity including copyright violations.

• To send, receive, view, post or download inappropriate, obscene, profane, threatening, or illegal materials.

• To downloading copyright material or post material created by another without authorized usage.

• To hack into or gain unauthorized access to resources, files, or documents.

• To vandalize or abuse the computer system in any way including destroying data or creating and/or spreading viruses.
