Searching the Internet 

Internet Resources has many useful resources explaining structure of an Internet address (URL), explaining a variety of search strategies, and providing a number of  WebQuest resources.
 
 

 
There are many uncounted resources on the Internet. The search engines catalog sites electronically by the meta tag description of the site.  Humans catalog sites by looking at the general content; however, within a site, there may by tables or other databases that are not catalogued.  This is the Invisible Internet.  Some search features have been designed to look more closely at the content of the web site.

Boolean Logic
 
Adding "and" to the search decreases the number of possible responses.
Adding "or" to the search increases the number of possible responses.
