London is beautiful! No matter how many times
you go there, London never tires you and you simply cannot get enough of London. There are so many things to see and do in
London. What makes London unique is also the old world charm - the Brits have done a fine job in preserving their legacy;
well its a well known fact that Brits are so proud of their legacy & London is not the only example.
Apart from the usual sights, what I enjoyed most
was Lords and Wimbledon. These are two places I have seen so much of on the Telly, as the Brits call it, I have almost grown
up with it. It was an awesome feeling to set foot on these magnificent grounds ! Its best to see them when the players are
in action - especially Wimbledon where you can see the players so close - I got a chance to see Martina, Kim Clijsters and
our very own Leander and Mahesh, amongst so many of the new breed players. It was great to see the adoration and accolades
for Peas and Mahesh from a strong Indian contingent.
Off the beaten track, a visit to Greenwich is certainly worth it, if you
are fascinated by our World geography. As the saying goes, the best things are always free and so is the entry to the Royal
Observatory.
