Ten no Ryu

The dragons of heaven are the saviors of the modern world. Their mission is to stop the Dragons of Earth (Chi no Ryu) in their attempts at destroying the human race. They alone have the special power to create and seal off a seperate dimension. This allows them to battle the Dragons of Earth without putting the surrounding city and it's inhabitants at risk. The only problem is, if the creator of the seal dies, any damage done in the seperate dimension will become real. We first hear of this concept when Saiki and Arashi are watching Kamui and comment about his disregard for people around him. The powers are first demonstrated by Arisugawa Sorata in his battle against Yuuto.
