Project Chevelle Wagon page three...

*******UPDATE********
A trip to this year's Super Chevy is rewarded with some much needed parts........

*********UPDATE!!!**********

On 7/13, Larry & I loaded up & went to Super Chevy Indy @ Raceway Park, where I managed to pick up a floor shift column (67 SS), A complete dash w/harness (67 Malibu), and an ugly looking metalflke dash from someone's low rider (66 El Camino?). I knew the guy set up next to us at the swap meet, and he was parting out a '67 SS car, where I got another dash harness, as well as doghouse & engine harnesses. Mark figured since I was getting all that, that he would throw in the rear light harnesses too. Got all of it for $100!

I spent the last week disassembling the 3 dashboards that I had, and took all the best parts to build one good one. I still have enough left to build another 300 dash, and larry said he would take a bare one for his '67 race car. Last friday, a guy came by, and asked me if I wanted a flat hood for $75, so now it has a hood. I'll be giving install tips on the dash on the tips & troubleshooting page.

Here's the finished dash, ready to install!
