Homeschoolers with email access can obtain the CHASE SC Lifetime Membership Application, the Year End Completion & Update Form, the Directory of School Districts, and all other non form pages available at the CHASE SC site simply by sending an email!

Information by email is available for those homeschooling families that do not have access to the CHASE SC website. You may send an email to any of the following email addresses and you will receive an email with the information available online at www.chasesc.com. We cannot respond to any emails that are sent to these addresses, as they have been configured to only give you the information requested.

Please send no more than 3 email requests at a time. Our automatic anti-spam program will think you are spamming us, and will not send the requested information to you if numerous messages are sent at one time.

The information will be sent as an email containing the text data within the email, not as an attachment. Please remember as with all email, the word placement could be modified (this all depends on how your server and you have your email set up).
