This is the storyline that records every important event happened in the
world of 'Revolution', revolving around a few selected characters.
Please read the storyline after every set of mission is completed so the
plot of the story will be understandable. Thank you.
Note: Rule 3- Accept and don't complain about any battle or mission written like that.

| Day 21 - March 26 :: The envoy's end. (Part I) |
(Continued from Day 21 - March 26)
A group of SoF Assassin Ninjas, roughly around 6-9 of them were surrounding Jusuchi, Ashton, Rydia, Hiead, Gyo and Tobira. Jusuchi was caught unprepared and was easily knocked out by a single blow of one ninja.
"Drats! They got Jusuchi!" Gyo growled as he tried to ward off any nearby ninja with his beam sabre. Ashton was still under the control of his dragons and easily took down a couple of ninjas while Rydia was evading the swift attacks of the ninjas.
Enough of evading, Rydia focused her strength and jabbed one unwary ninja, killing him instantly! "Whoa! My 'Max' skill; Death Impaler finally worked!" It was a tough fight and the RD party was so exhausted that they didn't notice Emerald was approaching them. Rydia was the first to notice him but it was too late as she was soon hit by his punch.
Rydia struggled to keep up with Emerald's fury of punches but luckily, the possessed Ashton unleashed his 'Max' skill; 'Sword Dance', blocking Emerald's vision with falling leaves, and eliminated all remaining Assassin Ninjas. "Where's Ruby?" Gyo demanded. "That is none of your business." said Emerald. "But if you want to find her, you would have to get past me first!" With Jusuchi down, the remaining five fighters clashed against Emerald.
"Why aren't you going to use your 'split-image' move?" questioned Ashton but Emerald ignored him. After a long round of exchanging blows, Emerald was still healthy in term of HP but Rydia, Gyo and Ashton were seriously injured. Rydia knew that if she receive another attack from Emerald, she wouldn't be able survive from it but she was prepared to take the risk.
"I going to give it all I got!!! DEATH IMPALER!" Rydia rushed and landed a jab on Emerald, nearly paralysing him.
"Argh..!" Emerald stepped back from Rydia, coughing out blood. "Ruby, it looks like my end is near." He breathlessly said. "But I will bring everyone down with me!" The RD party were shocked by Emerald's words, and Emerald was mumbling a certain chant, causing a dark glow to surround his body. "My final ability will end it all, Death Countdown!!!"

"My final ability will end it all, Death Countdown!!!"
Tobira watched Emerald as he chant. "He is going to self-destruct himself, along with all of us." explained Tobira. "How can you be so calm even at this moment?!" Gyo exclaimed. "We better do something quick!"
"Leave this to me!" Rydia barked and spin her lance, charging at Emerald. Time was running out and Rydia flung her lance, shooting it straight at Emerald. "It is too late!" Emerald gave a laugh but hesitated when hit by Gyo's 'Max' skill; 'Shadow Blade'.
"Who laugh last..." Rydia grinned as she watched as the lance plunged into Emerald. "...laugh best!" A pathetic scene then took place as Emerald struggled to keep himself alive after the failure of his 'Death Countdown', but soon departed from this world. Rydia was the one who defeated Emerald and was presented the emerald jewel as a reward.
Although Ruby was nowhere to be found, the weakened party decided to call it a day and return to Dilbada City to regroup.

| Day 21 - March 28 :: The Santoria's soldier! |
(This story follows the RD party searching for Hiwatari Saisuke)
"Saisuke...wait up!" Nicole wailed as she tries to catch up with Saisuke.
The group, consisting of Nicole, Kyo, Eijay, David and Gareas easily found Saisuke who was waiting at the Lost Ruins' Harbour for the next public boat to pick him up. "Can you please let me talk to you...just for a while?!" Nicole hurried to Saisuke who finally stopped avoiding her.
"Saisuke...I want you to know, I and the rest misses you..." Nicole told Saisuke. "so...when will you ever come back to the group? Please consider..." Nicole was about to finish when suddenly she was interrupted by a series loud noises of a ship. Approaching the small harbour was a huge cruiser bearing the flag of Santoria and on board the ship were dozens of Santoria crew, sailors.
"Enemy soldiers." Eijay muttered, pulling out his sub-machine gun., preparing for an attack anytime. Everyone froze in their steps except Saisuke who walked towards the ship as one of the Santoria crew let down a rope ladder for him to climb up. "Saisuke! What is the meaning of this?" Kyo queried.
"Don't you understand?" Saisuke stressed, finally talking after he stepped onto the deck of the Dilbada ship. "Never mind if you don't, cause I have important things to attend to." He added and yelled to the crew to set sail. Seeing the ship was about to leave, Kyo suddenly just charge towards it. "You are not leaving until you give a answer!"
"You guys just don't get it....." Saisuke combed his hair back. "Marines, stopped them from coming nearer to the ship!" With one command from Saisuke, five Marines leaped out from the ship and blocked the charging Kyo from going any further. "If it is a battle you want," Kyo scorned. "I will give you a battle!"
| Day 21 - March 29 :: Friends or Foes? (Part I) |
"We will take care of things here! Just go get that Saisuke!" Gareas shouted as he unleashes his 'Max' skill; 'Zero 0 Remix' on the enemies.
Kyo nodded and continue to make his way to the ship. "Kyo!" Nicole yelled as she too ran to the ship. "Don't hurt Saisuke!" Within seconds, the five Marines were defeated by Gareas, David and Eijay with ease but another wave of Marines appeared and the Santoria ship was leaving, drifting further away from the harbour. "Saisuke....WAIT!!!" Nicole screamed and unknowingly unleashes 'Tension Breaks', her 'Max' skill, bringing down another unwary Marine.

"Nicole." Saisuke murmured. "Call upon the third wave of Marines!" Another batch of soldiers were about to be dispatch when suddenly a tall, silvered-hair warrior, accompanied by a heavily armoured samurai approached the RD team. "Yuu...Keiji!" Gareas said, surprised. "I thought both of you went back to HQ?"
"Would I go back to Dilbada RD HQ if Santoria army would pay me more for my salary?" answered Yuu. "I already knew that you can't be trusted, Yuu Nagasaki." David remarked. "But you too, Keiji...?"
"Santoria army is willing to help me get back to the realm that I came from that is why I am joining them." Keiji replied coldly. "Keiji, do you really think Santoria will really help you? For what purpose?" Gareas added. Keiji hesitated for an answer but Yuu interrupted the conversation. "For now, as a member of Santoria army," Yuu calmly pronounced. "To stop you is our duty...prepare to engage into battle!"

"To stop you is our duty...prepare to engage into battle!"
The seven fighters readied their weapons and a rough battle commences! Eijay was the first to launch an attack and he decided to get rid of Yuu because he was more of a threat than Keiji but Yuu easily dodged his gunfire. Eijay stepped away after he missed Yuu and Yuu decided to attack Nicole since she is the nearest to him.
"Feel my hellfire!" Yuu thrust his spear at Nicole unfortunately, Nicole leaped to safety just in time. "How dare you try to injure me?" Nicole sneered and gave Yuu an attack that he deserves, before using the 'Thunderbolt' tech on both Keiji and him. Keiji was up next and gave a punishing slash to David who in turn took serious injuries, and had to use a 'Teardrop' for survival.
Gareas noticed that David can't hold up for long so he had to finish this battle quickly. Trusting on himself, Gareas rapidly fired his revolver at Keiji but alas, Keiji still wasn't knock out yet. "Send forth 'Meteor Strike'!" yelled Gareas and dozens of huge boulders crash onto Yuu, reducing his 'Teardrop' till he was left with two. "It is my time to pay back...!" David said and accurately shot a single arrow at Keiji, finally knocking him out of battle. "I didn't dream that I will actually have to defeat the exact guy who came with me to Dilbada HQ....."
Now, all was left was Yuu against the RD party. Sensing it was the right time to attack, Kyo rushed in and jabbed Yuu with his punch. "Let's finish this." Eijay talked to himself and intercepted in, spraying ammunition at the surprised Yuu with his weapon. Although not yet dead, Yuu decided that it was time to retreat and with a few surviving Marines carrying the fainted Keiji, they escaped back to the ship.

Gareas and Nicole gave chase but Saisuke unleashed his 'Max' skill; 'Dragon Slash', repelling and injuring both of them with a spiritual dragon.
"Saisuke....he is really....powerful...!" Gareas admitted. As soon as Yuu and his comrades boarded the ship, it set sail. "Saisuke!" Nicole cried in vain as the Santoria ship drifted out of sight. "This isn't...good," Gareas noted. "We better get back to HQ and tell the rest about this!"
| Day 22 - March 31 :: It is the holiday period! |
A merchant was watching Ashton as he swung his twin swords in an unusual pattern. Without warning, Ashton feints towards the enemy, then slowly fades away. All of the sudden, he appeared in front of the merchant, creating two clones.
The three Ashton then stood at an adjacent angle around the merchant, forming a triangle, forcing their swords into the ground. Soon, energy blows up inside the triangle, reducing the merchant to 1 HP before slashing him with one last blow. Ashton had learnt the 'Max' skill; 'Dead Triangle'!
"Training cleared!" A speaker boomed and the RD training simulation ended. "Nice battle!" Rydia congratulated Ashton as he walked out of the training room. "The Emerald Jewel you traded for my Pearl Jewel came in useful." Ashton replied, smiling. Soon after Ashton closed the doors of the training room, Eijay approached the duo. "Hi, Eijay." greeted Ashton.
"....." Eijay stared at Ashton for awhile. "Gareas and the rest are back and wishes to make an announcement." With that, Eijay disappeared into the training room and Rydia, Ashton went on to meet up with the rest of the RD group.
Gareas, Joseph, Tomaru and Tai were already waiting at the Dilbada HQ hall when Ashton and Rydia arrived. "Hmm, where are the others?" Rydia asked Gareas. "The Dilbada commander granted us one week holiday since we had worked so hard for the past few weeks and SoF is currently inactive, which is good news for us."
"Hiead, Nicole and Rex accompanied Kyo to visit his grandfather's grave in Tamon." Gareas continued. "And before you came, Gyo received a letter from his hometown, asking him to visit them. He, along with Conoly and David just left with the Vulture."
"Holiday break huh?" Rydia mumbled. Just then, a loudspeaker announced, telling Rydia, Joseph, Tomaru and Tai to report to the Dilbada head office immediately. "Oh, it must be about the new commander that was recently transferred to our branch." said Gareas, confusing the rest, especially Tai. "Don't mind me, you will know soon enough." Gareas smiled and walked away, leaving the four clueless.
| Day 22 - April 1 :: Seeing things? |
Wasting no time, Joseph, Tai, Rydia and Tomaru rushed to the head office. Joseph gave a knock on the door and a permission to enter was granted. The door creaked as Joseph pushed it open and to his surprise, sitting in the middle of the office was the commander from Joseph first assigned HQ (refer to File 1).
"Commander?!" Tai was as shocked and surprised as Joseph when he saw the middle-aged gentleman. "I thought...you were...dead?" Tai stammered. "I swear...I saw you being eaten up by a Crimson Dragon...!"
"What's going on? What's this eating about?" Rydia started questioning as she was starting to get confuse but luckily Tomaru calmed her down. All of the sudden, Joseph swung out his katana, pointing its tip at the commander. "What are you doing, Joseph?" Tai shouted.
"I wouldn't fall for the same trick over and over again.....Illusionist!" Joseph declared, addressing the commander as Illusionist. "I don't know what is going on, but I am with you!" Rydia whipped out her lance, ready for battle.
"Everyone, please put down your weapons." The commander stood up, his hands raised to prove that his is unarmed, otherwise innocent. "It is hard to believe but the commander you were referring to is my younger brother....."
At around the same time, Kyo was in a good mood, winning quite a big sum of money from gambling in a well-known casino; 'King of Spades' in Tamon, home of casinos and gambling pits. "I didn't you can gamble this good!" Nicole gasped as she eyed on Kyo's won credits. "Aren't we suppose to visit Kyo's grandfather grave?" Hiead asked Rex who was meddling around with a slot machine.
"Since we are in Tamon, Kyo decided to bring us to the casinos first." Rex answered, his hand pulling down the lever of the slot machine, causing the slots of the machine to spin. The slots soon came to a stop, and all of the sudden, tons of coins poured out of the machine. Apparently, Rex just hit the jackpot!
| Day 22 - April 2 :: Good luck and Good bye. (Part 1) |
Kyo, Rex, Nicole and Hiead walked out of the 'King of Spades', with their wallets full of cash exchanged from the credits earned in the casino. "Heehee, I didn't expect to ever step out of a casino without losing money!" Kyo grinned. "You mean you used to hang around in casinos?" asked Nicole.
"Not just casinos, but also the underworld." revealed Kyo. "The underworld brings back memories of me and my grandfather....." The group were on their way to the cemetery to pay respect to Kyo's grandfather when suddenly a bunch of street hooligans or gangsters halted them. They were equipped with knifes and clubs, and within them was a huge guy on a motorbike.
"Heh, give me all your money or your lives will be at stake." The biker laughed, followed by the rest of his gang. "Never!" Nicole snapped, catching the biker's attention. "Nice chick you got here. We will take her too then!" The gang of hooligans surrounded Kyo and co. , not aware of who they were facing.
"I actually promised myself not to fight today since it would spoil my mood," Kyo stated, tightening his gloves. "but since my mood is already spoilt by you guys, let's settle this with a fight!"
"I will gladly get rid of these criminals." Rex added, drawing out his long sword. "No problem with me." Hiead agreed, whipping out his dagger and the slightly pissed-off Nicole too readied her retractable claws. With everyone ready, a battle soon begun. As soon as the fight started, a gangster tried to injure Hiead but Rex blocked the attack instead. Although he was covered by Rex, Hiead was backstabbed by another gangster and had to use a 'Teardrop'.
"Now you know what is the result of resisting me!" The biker bellowed.
"The results are yet to come!" Rex roared, unleashing his 'Max' skill; 'Shippuu'!
| Day 23 - April 3 :: Good luck and Good bye. (Part 2) |
With a single 'Shippuu', Rex took down three hooligans, shocking the biker. Not finished, Rex gathered all his strength and focused them into several swift & deadly crescent-shaped slashes at another gangster with ferocity, disintegrating him instantly. Rex had just unleashed his new 'Max' skill; Hougatsu-Zan!
After an hour of battling, the fight was down to the biker himself against the four RD members. Although they managed to defeat the biker's lackeys, Kyo, Rex, Nicole and Hiead were seriously weaken and weren't in good condition to fight the biker, much less win him.
"You are next!" roared Rex, and with all his strength he slashed the biker, dealing 2,100 damage but the biker counterattacked, hitting Rex with his motorbike, wasting away one of Rex's 'Teardrop'. "That cut sure hurt a lot!" The biker snarled as his motorbike engine roared, charging towards the injured Rex.
"No!!! Rex!" Kyo screamed but he couldn't stop the biker, and he soon heard a loud crashing noise. Kyo turned to see whether Rex was alright although he doubt so but when he saw it, he can't believe his eyes. Instead of injuring Rex, the biker collapsed off his own motorbike thus killing him. "The Confusion tech!" Nicole beamed.
"Luckily, luck was on my side..." Rex muttered.

Kyo agreed with Rex when suddenly a ghostly figure that looks like his grandfather, Kyo Akira caught his eyes. "Maybe...." Kyo smiled as he helped his weaken comrades up.
The next morning, Kyo paid a visit to his grandfather's grave, placing a bouquet of flowers in front of his tombstone. "Grandfather, do not worry," Kyo whispered. "the day will come that I will kill SoF himself!" With his final words said, Kyo walked down the hill that the cemetery was on to go back to HQ with his comrades, or friends.....

"Everyone, please put down your weapons." The commander stood up, his hands raised to prove that his is unarmed, otherwise innocent. "It is hard to believe but the commander you were referring to is my younger brother....."
"So in other words, you are his twin brother." Tomaru confirmed and the commander nodded in agreement. Joseph wasn't going to trust him easily but the commander managed to make him believe he was not an impostor. "Let's leave this matter aside and get into business then, shall we?" The commander said and showed the group a piece of paper of what seem to be the map of Dilbada area.
"With no news of SoF activities after his failure in the Lost Ruins, the RD union is afraid that SoF might be planning something big such as a full-scale invasion. To prevent this from ever happening, the union had ordered me to assign and dispatch a few members to find out SoF's current whereabouts and his upcoming plans." The commander declared. "I now assign the four of you to accomplish this mission. Your transport is already made ready at the car park."
"Roger!" The four saluted and left the office. As soon as they exited the Dilbada RD HQ, a shiny blue car was waiting for them, with Gareas as the driver. "Gareas!?" Tai exclaimed. "You guys are finally here. Let's get going then! Hop on!"
With a heavy assignment to accomplish, the party wasted no time and drove around the city of Dilbada but even after a long while of patrolling, there still wasn't any sign of SoF or his units. "It looks like SoF nor his army are in Dilbada." Tomaru noted. Gareas was about to drive back to HQ when suddenly something whizzed past him. "Whoa, the wind is so strong today." A passer-by remarked.
"That wasn't just a wind," Gareas murmured. "It was a Jewel Keeper!"
| Day 22 - April 5 :: Haste makes Waste. |
"That was a Jewel Keeper!" claimed Joseph, and Gareas agreed. "Time for some action!"
The five leaped out of the car but was stopped by some Elite Troopers from nowhere. "How could we missed out these guys during our patrol?" said Tai. "Get out of the way!" Joseph yelled and knocked down a couple of them with a few blows. Rydia managed to get rid of two of the Elite Troopers while the rest were defeated by Gareas's 'Max' skill; 'Zero Remix'.
"Where is that Jewel Keeper?" Rydia scorned. Tomaru scanned the surrounding with his sharp eyes and soon spotted a slight movement of the Jewel Keeper. "Artic Wind!" shouted Tomaru as gusts of chill wind from the north are channelled through Tomaru. With that, Tomaru sent out the cold wind which accurately hit and froze the feets of the mysterious Jewel Keeper to keep him from running away.
Tomaru successfully got hold of the Jewel Keeper, but he soon broke free from the imprisoning ice. "This kind of trick can never suppress Tourmaline, me!" The Jewel Keeper snickered as he sent Tomaru flying with one kick. When Tai and Joseph attempted to attack him, he confused both of them, resulting the two to hit themselves.
"Zero Remix!" Gareas activated his 'Max' skill on Tourmaline, but it wasn't enough to finish him off. "What was that?" Tourmaline referred to Gareas's attack. "A mosquito bite? Taste mine instead!" Tourmaline retaliated, giving Gareas a devastating kick. Tourmaline gave another kick to Gareas and started laughing when suddenly his whole body felt numb.
"What....is...happening...?" Tourmaline cried, his body unable to move. Alas, Tourmaline was hit by Rydia's 'Death Impaler'. "Sorry about that, but you are going down." Rydia commented and true enough, Tourmaline laid defeated on the ground.

Gareas approached the blood-covered Tourmaline and grabbed him by his shirt. "Why are you here? Is SoF involve?" Tourmaline refused to tell Gareas until he was threatened, that the cowardly man finally told the group that SoF summoned him to scout around Dilbada to familiarise with the surroundings, which will make things easier when capturing this city with its neighbour, Santoria. After saying everything in a single breath, Tourmaline fainted and the party spared him as he wouldn't be much of a threat to them.
"Get back to the car!" Gareas ordered. "We got cities to protect!"
