We're pretty liberal in #Mech_lab...but there are a few ground rules.
theyve all been scattered about the site, but they are grouped here for convenience.
-For out of character chat, go to #MechOOC
-If you want to bring in any advanced technology, ask the ops (specifically Asuka)
-The consent rule is in play. So if you wish to attack another character, let THEM be the judge of whether the attack hit or not (and for those attacked, be reasonable. This is not the matrix, you cannot dodge bullets)
-The protection rule is also in play. This ties in with the consent rule...and basically says that youre not allowed to kill or injure another character without their permission.
-When creating a character, be reasonable. Last time anybody checked, humans cant shoot lasers out of their eyes or grow to be 5000' tall so your character cant either.
