Sometime in the future, tensions between the super powers of the world were running high. Every leader had a secret agenda with every other and terroists were getting slowly more and more powerful, setting nation against nation and feeding off the resulting chaos.
It was always said that someone had to take action.
Then one day...someone did...
The history records are very minimal in explaining what happened next.
They do not say who exactly fired the first missile or when they fired it. They do not say who the intended target was, nor nor who retaliated first.
What they do say is that someone, somewhere, snapped...resulting in the almost complete destruction of earth.
One of the few buildings to survive intact was Mech Lab01...a government robotics factory located somewhere in New York, inhabited by the resident technician Xiona and her android assistant Charle.
Together, now, they must make new friends and new enemies, trying to make sense of the attacks, whilst all the time trying to survive in this post apocalyptic world.
